FILE PREPARATION
Electronic Components
Are files named properly?
Are linked graphics included on the file?
Are there any imbedded graphic files?
Are all line-art scans scanned at a high resolution (min. 1270 dpi)?
Are all images scanned at a high enough resolution (optimum is twice the line screen)?
Have you removed any traps?
Font Considerations
Did you include screen and printer fonts?
Color Considerations
Have all RGB colors been converted to CMYK?
Will any spot colors print as a process mix?
Are files decompressed?
SUBMIT FILE
You may submit files via Network’s FTP site, email, or by disk using any common delivery service.
Email
Smaller files may be sent by emaill:
1. Click here epp@networkprintinginc.com and attach your files to the resultant email.
2. Click here to notify a customer service representative that the file is on its way.
Upload (FTP)
For larger files you may use our file uploader.
1. Compress your files into a single archive (.zip or .sit).
2. Click the Browse (or Choose File) button to specify its location.
3. Click "Upload" to send it.
4. Click to notify a customer service representative that the file has been uploaded.

Dummy workup
Have you included a dummy of the project to be printed so there is no guess work on layout, folds, etc.?
Samples
A previously printed sample of the job can also be a useful reference tool for our prepress personnel.
